What makes this company unique?
This steadily growing firm is at the forefront of shaping Sydney’s property landscape, operating with the energy of a boutique organisation while thinking and building on a large scale! Here, people are everything. The team is sharp, supportive, and genuinely collaborative; there’s a strong sense of pride in what they do, and a collective commitment to doing it well. They’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who’s not just capable, but genuinely excited to be part of something bigger. Culture-wise, expect a high-trust, high-accountability environment where your ideas are welcomed and your initiative is noticed. You’ll be at the centre of everything, surrounded by smart, good people who love what they do, and want you to love it too!
What is unique about you?
You're the kind of EA who makes complexity look easy and excellence feel effortless, because you stay calm under pressure, move fast without missing the details, and always stay two steps ahead. You’ve supported senior executives before and know how to move with their pace, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution (and still remembering whose birthday it is next week)!
You’re the go-to when things get complex, and you don’t just react, you anticipate! Your judgement is sound, your standards are high, and people turn to you instinctively. You’re trusted with the confidential, relied on in the chaos, and respected for your ability to bring order to moving parts.
Your communication is clear, professional, and always well-timed. You’re the person people rely on to keep things running smoothly, solve problems before they escalate, and handle sensitive matters with absolute care.
A snapshot of your role….
- Seamlessly manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for the Managing Director, anticipating needs and eliminating roadblocks before they arise
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transport, and contingencies, ensuring a smooth experience from departure to return
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and confidential
- Coordinate high-impact events and offsites, from team sessions to investor meetings, overseeing logistics, venues, and execution end-to-end
- Support key internal projects across operations, marketing, and investor relations, becoming a trusted go-to for all things organisational
