• Lead the delivery of high-quality business operations across residential and retail assets
• Drive retention and continuous improvement initiatives to keep our communities thriving
• Oversee operational training and retail management
• Manage projects that elevate both the resident and retail tenant experience
• Ensure seamless collaboration between property managers, retailers, service providers, and stakeholders
