Role Description
We are seeking a high-energy Partnerships Executive to join our commercial team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building GP relationships.
This is a phone-based sales role, where you will be liaising with stakeholders across Australia. There will also be an opportunity to work closely with marketing to support the growth of the organisational goals.
If you are successful in this role then there may be future opportunities for longer term employment with Dokotela.
Responsibilities
- Connect with stakeholders to encourage referrals and grow the Dokotela brand.
- Work with marketing to support objectives for growing the Dokotela business.
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Head of Marketing to implement the direct demand strategy.
- There will be flexibility in the role and requests from Head of Partnerships to supporting the changing landscape of the health care industry.
- We expect the successful candidate to be comfortable learning new skills and picking up adhoc tasks that support growing the Dokotela referral base.
About You
- This is an entry level sales role, you may just have finished uni and looking for your first role or looking to transition to another role from an existing sales job.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a full-time, in-office environment
- Resilient personality, happy to make 50+ calls a day (as per any entry level sales role)
