WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER – 9 MONTH MATERNITY COVER
(PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME CONTRACT)
CUT Agency is a Sydney-based fashion distribution business representing 9 premium international brands across the Australian and New Zealand markets. We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join us on a 9-month maternity cover contract, starting later this year.
This is a hands-on role managing a mix of established key accounts and emerging brands across apparel, accessories and lifestyle. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients during an exciting growth period — and will be backed by a small but mighty support team across operations, dispatch and admin.
We are open to part-time or full-time depending on the candidate, but dedicated focus and commitment is essential.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong experience in wholesale fashion sales, ideally across both clothing and accessories
- Existing relationships with multi-brand fashion boutiques in Australia and New Zealand
- A proven ability to manage sell-in, reorders, and post-sales support
- Clear communication, confidence in client-facing conversations, and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with a founder-led team
- Ability to travel (on-road and interstate as needed)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Owning the wholesale sales calendar across a # of our brands
- Managing and growing retailer relationships across ANZ
- Overseeing showings, orders, follow-ups and account communications
- Identifying new business opportunities and tracking sales performance
- Working alongside our operations team for smooth delivery and sell-through support
