About the Role
The Trainer role for ANZ will support the Training & Development Director to plan, develop & execute best-in-class training & education seminars, online platforms & bespoke sessions.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering face-to-face and online training sessions across ANZ.
Reporting to the Training & Development Director - ANZ, you will:
- Support the Training & Development Director to create, adapt and deliver the training materials and digital content derived from global and local sources in line with the training calendar.
- Present and manage the onboarding programs and induction of new team members.
- Assist with the facilitation of the Seasonal Training sessions and Niche Brand training.
- Provide creative content and support for the development and execution of the online e-learning platform.
- Maintain a high standard of brand ambassadorship always modelling best in class service and approach when in training and visiting sales teams in the field.
- Supporting the field teams through a specific coaching and development program.
- Assisting with instore special events, VIP customer engagements and masterclasses both in person and virtual classes.
About You
- Currently a Trainer with another beauty or luxury or premium brand, or a Senior Beauty Advisor with an interest to move into Training & Education.
- Strong presentation and coaching skills.
- Experience working within Department Store channel.
- Manage and prioritise demanding workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- High achiever, career focused, task oriented and very flexible.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel. Advanced Word. Advanced Power Point.
- Digitally savvy.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to juggle diverse requirements.
- Enjoys being in the field and mentoring team members.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV
