About the Role:
Prestige Brands Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Logistics Manager ANZ, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations across ANZ.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing orders and enquiries with professionalism and care. This role combines customer service excellence, order management, and administrative coordination to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and orders, ensuring all responses are actioned within 24 hours.
- Process and monitor orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
- Support the Sales and Logistics teams with administrative coordination and reporting.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Manage end-to-end order processing to meet retailer DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) requirements.
- Coordinate new customer onboarding and system integrations.
- Oversee and maintain the B2B portal.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure operational excellence.
About you:
- Experience in customer service or order processing, ideally within the beauty, luxury, or retail sector.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of EDI processes and retail supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
