CampaignLab is looking for a versatile and talented Jr or Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our award-winning PR & brand engagement agency on a contract basis. This 9-month maternity leave cover (with the potential to extend) offers the opportunity to work on diverse, creative projects within a highly collaborative environment.
About the RoleWe’re seeking a designer who thrives on crafting beautiful visuals, producing dynamic social content, and bringing ideas to life across a wide range of formats. You’ll work closely with our Production team and broader PR/Social Leads to support ongoing brand and campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and campaign teams to develop impactful visual content
- Create high-quality assets for a range of mediums including:
- Social media graphics and short-form visuals
- Photo editing and asset preparation
- Presentation decks and pitch materials (Google docs/Indesign)
- Digital content such as display ads, web graphics, infographics, and campaign visuals
- Support in creatives for photoshoots and video content
- Assist in the execution of marketing and brand campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Contribute to the creative development process with fresh ideas and visual input
What We’re Looking For- Graphic designer with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, engaging social media content
- Strong photo editing skills and understanding of visual storytelling
- Strong Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Google slides, Docs and Sheets
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently
- Proactive, collaborative, and positive team player
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
