Job Description
To provide a high level of professional and confidential administrative support to the Group Executive Personal Injury and the Personal Injury Senior Leadership Team. This is a maternity cover for 12 months.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Group Executive Personal Injury and Personal Injury Senior Leaders, as required
- Acting as the point of contact among Personal Injury Leadership Team, employees, clients and other external partners
- Proactive diary management
- Calendar management
- Arrange, co-ordinate and prepare for stakeholder meetings
- Co-ordinate flights and accommodation for leaders
- Event co-ordination and bookings on behalf of leaders
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including room, teleconference and videoconference bookings, equipment set-up and catering on behalf of the leadership team, at their request
- Schedule meetings and record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Draft/formatting correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents
- Maintaining databases and producing reports, as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the provision of executive support to a senior leader and their team
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
