The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Equipment Administration Manager to join our Sydney team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is pivotal in managing our refrigeration and draught equipment assets across Australia, ensuring operational excellence and seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Refrigeration Asset Management:

Maintain and administer SAP PM database for fridge placements and movements.
Liaise with outsourced partners and internal teams to ensure accurate asset tracking.
Make repair/replace decisions aligned with ROI frameworks.
Provide monthly financial reporting and freight journal reconciliations.

Draught Equipment Management

Oversee installations, quoting, and mobile bar setups for licensed venues and events.
Maintain detailed trackers and coordinate with suppliers and finance teams.
Manage fridge and draught equipment requests and escalations.

About you:

Proven customer service excellence in a multi-functional environment.
Robust stakeholder management skills. (Internal & External)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
Asset management experience. (Preferably in the refrigeration space)
SAP (Plant Maintenance module) experience. (Desirable)
The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
