Promotional Event Site Booking Administrator
- Part Time position on 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
- Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days, with flexibility of start finish times
- Salary range: $39,474 - $42,763 + Superannuation
- Start Monday 1st December 2025

About the role:
The event booking administrator will provide professional support to our clients in seeking and booking promotional event sites thought our site partners, within a set campaign budget. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and site partners.
Duties:
- To liaise with clients to book promotional event sites.
- Respond to all client enquires and request in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing site partners and clients.
- Booking external venues in line with client requirements
- Update and maintain internal booking data base
- Accurate data entry and record keeping.
Skills and attributes:
- 2 years’ experience in administration and customer service
- Proficient practical use of MS Office products
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- Resilient, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to organise own time and workload
Full training on our systems, processes and deadlines will be provided. Once proficient in the role, there is the opportunity for flexible working arrangements, such as working from home some days of the week.
