As our Customer Support and Development Associate, you'll support and foster relationships with our end users and Distributor partners within B2B Industrial, Institutional and Healthcare segments
You'll be a vital member of a fun, lean team, delivering exceptional service, business partnering and support to not only our customers, but our internal team also.

About the role:
- Inbound and outbound calls with our distributor partners regarding offers, promotions, technical support and sales support
- Leverage cross sell opportunities and make inside sales calls
- Run customer satisfaction surveys and engagement reports
- Assist the marketing and sales teams with event preparations, promotions and marketing campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- Solid computer literacy
- Comfortability working across several computer systems
- Knowledge if CRM (Salesforce) or similar CRM highly regarded
- Pleasant and engaging manner
- Be reliable with a can do, proactive attitude
- Strong and clear written and verbal English skills
- Customer focused
- Desire to learn and grow within the business
- Knowledge if CRM (Salesforce) or similar CRM highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and think laterally, toward future business growth
- Be fun, creative and open to learning within a supportive company
- Hold AU Perm Residency or Citizenship
- Candidates must be Covid-19 vaccinated
