Head of Operations - Nation

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of world-class resident experiences across our growing portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving retention, operational excellence, and community connection.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Nation’s residential and retail assets
- Lead onsite and office teams, plus contractor partners, to deliver seamless resident and community experiences
- Drive a customer-first culture that lifts retention, renewals, and revenue growth
- Oversee budgets, P&Ls, and financial reporting with a sharp commercial eye
- Lead mobilisation of new Nation buildings, ensuring every project launches with excellence
- Embed resident feedback loops to continuously improve services and satisfaction
- Champion compliance, safety, and risk management across all assets
What we’re looking for:
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or License
- Minimum 7 years’ residential property experience (property management, client management, asset management)
- A proven leader with outstanding communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- Client-focused with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
- High level of professionalism, customer service, and commercial awareness
- Strong project management capability and system know-how (PMS, CRM, finance, apps)
