We are a known Australian Interior Design and Manufacturing business who supply of retail and resort fixtures, fittings, and custom solutions. With offshore manufacturing facilities and a strong supply chain network, they deliver high-quality, cost-effective products to major retailers, resorts, and commercial clients worldwide.
As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Logistics Administrator to provide 6-12 12-month maternity leave cover, supporting their supply chain operations from Marrickville.

About the role
Reporting to the Production and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of offshore manufacturing shipments and timely delivery of products to retail and commercial clients.
· Act as the main point of contact for logistics coordination between offshore manufacturing partners, freight forwarders, and local operations teams
· Process and track purchase orders from offshore factories through to customer delivery
· Monitor and update shipment status, including container movements, customs clearance, and final mile delivery
· Communicate ETAs and delivery updates with customers and internal stakeholders
· Prepare and issue freight and logistics quotations as required
· Accurately complete billing requirements, ensuring all freight, duty, and handling costs are captured correctly
· Project Administrator assistance for the Production team
· Manage claims and discrepancies relating to shipments or offshore production delays
· Maintain accurate records in ERP/logistics systems (CargoWise or similar)
About you
· Previous experience in freight forwarding, offshore manufacturing logistics, or international supply chain
· Familiarity with ERP systems (CargoWise or similar highly regarded)
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across different time zones and cultures
· Excellent attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
· Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
