Youâll Be Part Of a Tight-knit Trio Supporting Three Homes In Maroubra And Concord. Hereâs What Youâll Be Doing
Supporting clients with complex needs (your experience = gold!)
Coordinating daily tasks and support plans
Coaching and mentoring your awesome frontline teammates
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
Using digital tools to manage rosters, reports, and documentation

Experience as a Support Worker or similar people-focused role
Leadership or coordination skills (formal or informalâwe love both!)
Top-notch communication and relationship-building vibes
Confidence with digital platforms and systems
A Diploma in Community Services or Leadership is a bonus, not a must
